Refund Policy

  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website Cloud 7 Antivirus at
  • Cloud 7 Antivirus must receive a request for refund by Telephone or Email, within 30 days of the purchase date (or within the time indicated on your packaging if different)
  • Proof of purchase date, purchase price, and product ownership must be verified by Cloud 7 Antivirus to be eligible for a refund.
  • A 3-4 week allowance for a refund is expected for processing after Cloud 7 Antivirus has received all items required to process the refund request
  • Physical product must be returned within 30 days of Cloud 7 Antivirus issuance of the RMA*
    1. Cloud 7 Antivirus is not responsible for products prematurely returned before a RMA has been issued
    2. Returned product must include all items requested by Cloud 7 Antivirus customer care at the time an RMA is granted
  • Cloud 7 Antivirus is not responsible for refund delay, loss, or ineligibility due to mail delays, customer error, erroneous address information, or any other incidents outside of its control
  • All refunds, except direct purchases from using a credit card, will be issued by bank check written in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank
    1. If a credit card was used to purchase the product directly from Cloud 7 Antivirus, refund will only be credited to this original card
    2. Cloud 7 Antivirus is not responsible for any customs, import, or processing fees, taxes, or currency conversions or fluctuations
  • Refunds will only be made for the original purchase price less any discounts or non-monetary value certificates or incentives that were or have been since applied
    1. Cloud 7 Antivirus will not refund any taxes, shipping, handling, processing, customs or any other charges or expenses incurred during the original purchase or subsequent refund request and related correspondence
  • Refunds will not be granted when rebates or similar credits have already been applied for or obtained

*RMA: Return Merchandise Authorization is an approval from Cloud 7 Antivirus's customer care to return the product.
